Shipping

All items are made-to-order by our lovely print guy and will be shipped within 10 working days. 

All international purchases are shipped by Royal Mail international mail (tracking included), unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages during shipping. International mail usually takes about 7- 45 days if the package does not get stuck in customs (which can be up to a month or more). 

Buyers are responsible for any custom fees applied by their country. 

If an order is returned to us as undelivered then the buyer is responsible for any further postage costs. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders, made-to-order or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If a return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
